Standard Appraisal
All our appraisal services provide a complete one-stop shop:
1) After purchasing your appraisal package we will invite you to choose your preferred dates to schedule your appraisal meeting.
2) We send you our appraisal guide and pre-appraisal document which will need to be completed ahead of the meeting.
3) The meeting itself usually lasts one hour and is held virtually via Teams / Zoom / Google.
4) The appraiser will complete all necessary paperwork, including the REV12 form (if required), and you will have an opportunity to review what has been written before final sign-off.
5) This will then be submitted to the GMC and/or the designated body.
6) Weeks later, the GMC and/or the designated body will confirm details of the appraisal directly with your appraiser.
If you have more than 28 days before your appraisal or annual return is due then you can choose this service.

Clearly, since COVID, we have all learned to adapt and are much more used to virtual meetings. However, for some people, online meetings aren't for them.
