Appraisal (Virtual)

Our Appraisal service provides a complete one-stop shop. After scheduling your Appraisal meeting via Teams, Google, Skype or Zoom, your Appraiser will review your portfolio ahead of the meeting to ensure all necessary steps and evidence have been submitted. The Appraiser will identify any potential gaps in evidence that may need addressing.

The Appraisal meeting itself usually lasts one hour and is supportive in nature. Following the Appraisal, the Appraiser will complete all necessary paperwork, including the REV12 form (if required), and you will have an opportunity to review what has been written before final sign-off.

  • INCLUDED: REV12 form completion for FREE.

  • Adherence to GMC standards.

Patient and Colleague Feedback (PSQ/MSF/TAB/360)

We are pleased to introduce our patient and colleague feedback service, helping you to meet GMC appraisal and revalidation requirements. Our service provides a complete, end-to-end solution for gathering and analysing structured feedback from your patients and colleagues. It includes:

  • GMC-compliant patient and colleague questionnaires

  • Multiple responses methods (paper-based or electronic)

  • Data entry, analysis, and report

  • Benchmarking against national data sets

​

We recommend 15 colleague and 34 patient feedback forms to be collected during a revalidation cycle, as this is the number cited in studies that indicates acceptable reliability levels. However, this is a guide only, and the feedback you will receive from a smaller number of respondents is still likely to be very valuable to you and your appraiser

Appraisal (In Person)

Clearly, since COVID, we have all learned to adapt and are much more used to virtual meetings. However, for some people, online meetings aren't for them. This may be particularly true when we think about Appraisals, where conversations can be pretty personal and complex and where a safe space has to be particularly fostered.
